Ekamåla
Nature Retreat

Come and enjoy nature, simplicity and peace.
In a nordic forest in southern Sweden a silent lake is waiting for you- the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. Join us as we build a haven for yoga, bushcraft and wilderness retreats.

The essence of life

Whether you’re wandering among the trees, joining a breathwork session, or simply sitting in stillness by the lake, Ekamåla invites an easeful way of being.

Spending time in nature, we are reminded that everything is connected. From the stars in the sky to the cells in our body- everything is brimming with aliveness.

Our vision is to work together with nature, tending to the lake and land in a holistic and ecological way, while sharing its beauty with guests and volunteers.

We offer yoga, breathwork and bushcraft workshops to enrich your journey.

Anybody who is one with what he or she does, is building a new earth.

– Eckhart Tolle
